This is a cost-effective way of receiving tailored exercise direction that can be used on its own or in conjunction with our other services. This is an opportunity for you to train with your exercise specialist in a group of people with similar goals as yourself. Held in small friendly groups with plenty of areas of focus to choose from, ranging from ski preparation sessions to fitness builders to all out fat burning and Mixed Martial Arts.

Saturday Total Conditioning:

Circuit conditioning class for men and women, for beginners to advanced. This class is a great workout for toning, fitness, burning calories and is also a great Saturday morning hangover cure! Our circuits are designed to sculpt your body and get your hearts pumping leaving you feeling and looking great!

Saturday Stretch & Flex:

Flexibility is a very important component of sport for both strength and injury prevention, and also in everyday mobility, so we have created a ‘Stretch & Flex’ class to compliment your training. The class focuses on flexibility, alignment and injury prevention, encompassing the whole body, to help improve your strength, range of movement and performance.  So come stretch, relax and learn more about your body and alignment with us on Saturday mornings at 11.00am.

Beach Burn:

Get your body ready for the summer season with this class which focuses on fat burning and toning the bum, thighs, arms and stomach. This is one of the most hard working and friendly classes as everybody attends for the same reason – to look and feel good on the beach! The class caters for people of all fitness levels and experiences – you will feel beach ready before you know it!

Little Black Dress:
 
It’s time to get that golden number back out of the wardrobe and out on the town! Bottom and arms are a particular focus in this class as well as crucial core exercises to keep your stomach and waist firm and petite. Heart rate training is also used in this class to emphasize fat burning, get you fitter and moving with more ease. This class is a must with party season around the corner!

George’s Marvelous Midsection:

If you want a six pack, trying to increase core stability or simply trying to lose those love handles come along to George’s Marvelous Midsection. Targeted to provide a sensational workout for all abilities and levels. Come and have a go!

Kickboxing:

A class for everyone to come and get fighting fit. Join in with circuits to help your cardio and burn that excess fat while getting rid of your aggression. All abilities welcome.

Sprucing up the Seniors, & U3A:


Over 60′s class to build confidence in life, whether it be getting up and down stairs, walking to the shops or doing the gardening this class is designed to increase your balance, strength and mobility to help with everyday activities.

Advanced Strength Class:


An advanced strength class is a great way to help tone and strengthen the whole body, this class will involve free weight, body weight exercise and advance technique exercises.  The more muscle you have the higher your metabolism and the more you can eat without storing fat!
