Get fantastic results from our eight days of optimum fat burn programme spread over an 11-day period (utilising two weekends and four working days). This is a seven-hour-a-day programme from 7am to 2pm on Thursdays through to Sundays for two consecutive weeks. This is perfectly suited to working people restricted on how much time they can take off.

Our Luxury Transformation programme takes place at Brandshatch Place Hotel and Spa. It is a unique and industry leading physical transformation programme designed to help you lose up to 20lb in five days.

Consisting of a residential programme utilising a combination of expertly guided high-volume, moderate-intensity exercise providing your exact eating requirements in order to burn fat as quickly and effectively as possible while still maintaining energy levels. Of course with the removal of external influences you are free to focus upon yourself for a week.

The course consists of 35 hours of exercise over a five-day period, including three nutritionally balanced meals per day with energy providing snacks, accompanied by four nights luxury accommodation, and well-spaced rest periods to help you make the most of your valuable “me time”.

To compliment the programme you can partake in a range of spa based treatments offering everything from body wraps and massages to Hot Stone Therapy.
