When it comes to exercise direction, teenagers can still be viewed as the forgotten group, either being treated as children or adults when they have their own specific requirements. They are at a point of massive change and development both physically and mentally. Often struggling with media-fuelled exercise aspirations, their body’s high nutritional demands have to take into consideration their daily energy needs, sporting requirements, and what is needed to promote their general physical development.
Our purpose-built professional centre for exercise, staffed by a team of degree and post graduate qualified exercise specialists and physiotherapists, provides our teenage clients with a safe, fun and appropriate environment in which to exercise. Whether their aspirations are to lose weight, improve their sporting performance or improve their physique, we will help them develop a positive relationship with exercise and healthy eating.

4. Assisting teenagers improve their sporting performance.
5. Providing one-on-one exercise training for those teenagers left behind physically to allow them to re-enter school and community based exercise programs.
6. Offering teenagers a regular opportunity to exercise in a safe and supervised environment.
7. Assisting those teenagers recovering from injury back to full function.
